Research on the Training Mode of Accounting Professionals under the Background of RPA

Abstract

With the high application of high-precision automated robotic process automation system (RPA), which has a profound impact on
the highly repetitive and process-based accounting work, financial and accounting personnel have deeply discussed and reflected on their
future career development path. Due to the continuous evolution of financial responsibilities and the continuous updating of knowledge content, colleges and universities, as the training base of finance and accounting talents, must quickly adjust their teaching strategies according to
the social development trend to ensure the continuous improvement of teaching quality and students quality. This paper mainly analyzes the
problems existing in the training mode of finance and accounting professionals in colleges and universities under the background of highly applied RPA, and puts forward relevant solutions.
