Educator’s Spirit Leads the Construction of College Counsellor Team
Abstract
conduct, wisdom and pursuit of values it contains provides a clear direction and practice norms for the professionalism, vocationalism and
expert construction of counselors. In the context of the strategy of a strong education country in the new era, college counsellors, as the backbone of ideological and political education, shoulder the important mission of implementing the fundamental task of establishing morality
and educating people. With its profound spiritual connotation and practical accumulation, the educator’s spirit, from the dimensions of policy
response, the needs of the times and ability empowerment, has made clear the value norms and development goals for the construction of the
counsellor team. This not only helps to enhance the professional standing and parenting level of counsellors, but also injects new momentum and vitality into the ideological and political work of colleges and universities, which is an inevitable choice and an important path to
strengthen the construction of counsellors’ team in the new era.
