Research on the Training Mode of Marketing Professionals based on the Demand of New Energy Tram

Abstract


With the enhancement of global climate change and environmental protection awareness, new energy trams, as an important representative of green travel, have ushered in unprecedented development opportunities. In this context, the role of marketing professionals in the
new energy tram industry is becoming increasingly prominent. Guided by the demand of new energy tram and combined with the characteristics of marketing specialty, this paper discusses the training mode of marketing professionals in line with the demand of new energy tram industry. Through in-depth analysis of the current situation, market demand and challenges of the new energy tram industry, combined with the
teaching practice of marketing majors at home and abroad, a series of targeted teaching reform measures are put forward, in order to provide
more marketing talents with professional ability and innovative thinking for the new energy tram industry.
