Research on Training Mode of Business Administration Talents under New Financial Background

Abstract


This paper analyzes the connotation of new finance and its requirements for talents, and points out that the current training model
has some shortcomings, such as low adaptability to the new business situation, poor matching degree with the needs of employers, weak interdisciplinary teachers and obsolete training methods. The paper puts forward some strategies, such as perfecting the training objectives of innovative talents, constructing the model of competence, designing the characteristic curriculum system, optimizing the allocation and application
of teaching resources, and building the platform of production-learning collaboration. The purpose is to provide reference for training highquality business management talents to adapt to the new financial environment.
