Research on Multi-party Collaborative Management Model of Labor Education in Universities

Abstract

As an important element of Chinas education system in the new era, labour education is a key way to develop students comprehensive quality and labour ability.In recent years, the importance of labour education work in colleges and universities has become more and
more prominent, and the Party and the State have continuously increased their policy support for labour education. At present, there are still
some limitations in the management mode of labour education in colleges and universities in China, such as a single management body, ineffective synergy mechanism, and unreasonable resource allocation, which constrain the effective development of labour education. Therefore,
exploring the multi-party cooperative management mode of college labour education has become the key to improve the teaching quality of
college labour education. The aim of the article is to study the multi-party collaborative management mode and put forward the way to optimize labour education in colleges and universities, with a view to contributing to the cultivation of socialist builders and successors in all
aspects of morality, intelligence, physicality, aesthetics and aesthetics.
