Yong Li

Abstract

With the acceleration of economic globalization and technological development, the demand for management talents in enterprises
is becoming increasingly diversified and high-level, posing numerous challenges to vocational colleges in cultivating management talents.
This paper analyzes the current status of management talent cultivation in vocational colleges and identifies issues such as disconnection from
reality, insufficient practical components, and weak faculty strength, which fail to effectively meet the needs of modern enterprise management. In response to these problems, this paper proposes innovative measures including deepening industry-education integration, optimizing
course systems, promoting interdisciplinary education, strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship education, and adopting the learning +
training model, aiming to enhance the quality of management talent cultivation in vocational colleges. Research indicates that only through
continuous innovation and adjustment of talent cultivation models can high-quality management talents with innovative spirit, practical skills,
and a comprehensive knowledge structure be cultivated, thereby supporting the long-term development of enterprises.
