Educational Analysis and Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Teaching Innovation on Teachers Teaching Practice
Abstract
the optimization path, the article first builds an evaluation framework for teaching innovation, explaining its meaning, indicators and methods.
It then explores the changes that teaching innovation brings to teachers teaching practice, such as promoting the change of teaching concepts
and the improvement of teaching methods and skills. Optimization strategies are then proposed, involving the enhancement of teachers innovative awareness and ability, strengthening of training and professional development, and the integration and application of innovative teaching resources. The analysis shows that teaching innovation has a positive significance on the effectiveness of teachers teaching practice, and
the relevant initiatives can provide strong support and guidance for education and teaching innovation.
