Abstract


In the context of the new era, the digital change of higher education has become an irreversible development trend. This change significantly enhances teaching and learning outcomes through the application of information technology, covering such aspects as the e-learning
of educational resources, the innovation of teaching methods, and the personalization of learning atmosphere. Its process can be divided into
stages such as building basic network facilities, enhancing teachers digital skills, and improving students digital literacy. There are significant differences in the digital transformation of different regions, and in order to promote this change, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of infrastructure, enhance the digital skills of teachers and students, and innovate the education mode and content, so as to ensure the
high quality and sustainable development of education. Based on this, this paper mainly focuses on how to build the digital transformation of
higher education to discuss and analyze.
