Abstract
explores the unique value of the 214 model for the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities. Through an all-round review of the
work of college counselors, it clarifies the current situation of their multiple tasks in daily management, psychological care, academic guidance, etc., and digs deeper into how the 214 model can optimize the role positioning of counselors. Based on the analysis of this paper, we
aim to let counselors accurately navigate for the growth of students, and build a solid foundation for the implementation of the fundamental
task of cultivating moral integrity, and help colleges and universities to cultivate more moral and talented people.
