method; the constantly improving institutional mechanism is the hand; the constantly improving governance environment is the basis for the
future progress of Chinas assessment system of degree and postgraduate education. The future of Chinas degree and postgraduate education
assessment system is to be based on the method of multiple participation of assessment subjects, the constantly improving institutional mechanism, and the constantly improving governance environment.
