Abstract


The article centers on the new development concept and discusses the strategy of training talents for business administration majors in applied colleges and universities. By analyzing the existing problems and combining the principles of innovation, coordination, green,
openness and sharing of the new development concept, the article puts forward the corresponding talent cultivation objectives and strategies,
aiming at improving the quality of talent cultivation in this specialty, making it more in line with the needs of the social development, and providing references for the reform of college education.
