Teacher Professional Development in Digital Transformation: Dilemma Presentation, Role Reconstruction and Path Exploration
Abstract
identity cognition and professional capabilities. This paper reveals problems such as the elimination of teachers subjectivity, the alienation of
data hegemony, and the fragmentation of digital competencies under the penetration of technology. Based on the analysis of typical cases, it is
proposed that teachers should shift from technology applicators to ethical mediators and build a new ability map that includes technological criticism, human-machine collaboration, and digital ethical decision-making power. Therefore, digital transformation needs to transcend
instrumental rationality, ensure teachers professional autonomy through institutional innovation, and provide a path reference for the protection of humanistic values in education in the intelligent era.
