The Influence of Different Leadership Styles on the Effectiveness of Educational Institutions
Abstract
the performance of the academic entities. Authenticating the type of leadership exhibited by the administrators takes the internal context of
schools as well as universities, and the achievements ahead of students, staff members. It is vital to understand that various leadership activities provide various ways of handling educational institutions and have their strengths and weaknesses. This paper will discuss various leadership types such as transformational, transactional, and servant leadership to determine how they impact the level of effectiveness of institutions of learning with examples of the strengths and pitfalls of each type of leadership within the education institutions.
