Abstract
academic circles have continuously studied modern Chinese phonetics and phonetics teaching, and gradually established the national standard
of phonetics standardization of modern Chinese common language. This paper reviews and summarizes the research on modern Chinese phonetics and phonetics teaching from 1950 to 1970. According to Chinese phonetic research and Chinese phonetic teaching, this paper expounds
and analyzes the process of Chinese phonetic norms, Chinese tone theory and Chinese syllables.
