Intervention Effect of High Intensity Interval Training on Overweight and Obese College Students
Abstract
college students physical education. In this paper, high intensity interval training intervention was carried out on 26 college students through
experimental verification method. Experiments show that high-intensity interval training can reduce the weight, fat, BIM value and visceral
fat area of obese college students, improve cardiopulmonary function and muscle strength, and increase college students self-confidence. According to the above results, a conclusion can be drawn. High intensity interval training has a good effect on the obesity problem of college
students, and has a certain value of popularization and application.
