Interdisciplinary learning plays an important role in the development of students mathematics core literacy. DoPBL mode is
based on interdisciplinary, and has important value in promoting students all-round development. This paper takes the position relationship between circles as the main line, uses DoPBL to integrate biological and chemical knowledge, guides students to explore and solve
problems independently, infiltrates mathematical thinking and methods, aims to cultivate students core literacy, and carries out teaching
