Research on the Improvement Path of Vocational Ability of Tourism and Trade Students under the Perspective of School-enterprise Collaborative Education

Kai Kou

Abstract

As higher education and industry integration deepens, the traditional unidirectional talent cultivation model of schools can no
longer meet the high demands for versatile and practical talents in the modern tourism and trade sector. This paper, from the perspective of
school-enterprise collaborative talent development, analyzes the challenges faced by students in tourism and trade majors in developing their
professional skills. It proposes a collaborative talent development mechanism centered on co-building platforms, co-setting courses, cocultivating faculty, and co-evaluating outcomes, exploring a diversified collaborative talent development path oriented towards professional
skills. This provides practical guidance to enhance students employment quality and industry adaptability.
