Abstract
in agriculture in universities plays an important role in supporting the supply of high-level talents in the agricultural field and the innovative
development of the agricultural industry. As high-level talents, postgraduate students sense of belonging to the school directly affects the effectiveness of talent cultivation in colleges and universities. At present, although the scale of masters degree education in agriculture in China
is among the top in the world, the quality and scale of postgraduate students are not balanced. Therefore, this article explores the relevant content of cultivating masters degree students in agriculture in local universities based on the sense of belonging to the school, with the aim of
cultivating more outstanding talents for the modernization of agriculture in China and promoting the comprehensive advancement of the rural
revitalization strategy.
