Research on the Construction and Practice of Dual Entrepreneurship Talent Training Model for Materials and Chemical Engineering based on the Multi-party Linkage and Guarantee Incentive Mechanism
Abstract
construction and practical exploration of dual entrepreneurship talent training model, so as to provide more dual entrepreneurship talents
for the society. However, some colleges and universities lack multi-party linkage in the training of dual entrepreneurship talents in materials and chemical engineering, and the incentive mechanism is imperfect, which affects the quality of dual entrepreneurship talent training.
Therefore, this paper deeply analyzes the talent training model and practical strategy of materials and chemical industry dual innovation
based on the multi-party linkage and guarantee incentive mechanism, analyzes the necessity of talent training of materials and chemical industry dual innovation, and proposes a talent training strategy based on the actual situation, providing a reference for talent training
of materials and chemical professionals.
