Reform and Innovation of Digital Marketing Talents Training System Based on Discipline Group Construction in Vocational Colleges

Abstract


The era of digital economy presents a rapid development trend, which makes the market demand for digital marketing talents extremely urgent. As a key place to cultivate applied talents, vocational colleges have unique advantages in cultivating digital marketing professionals. Under the background of digital transformation, the traditional training mode of marketing talents has been unable to meet the needs
of industrial transformation. Therefore, this paper takes the subject group construction of vocational colleges as the breakthrough point, analyzes in detail the problems existing in the current digital marketing talent training system, and puts forward a series of reform and innovation
strategies. The purpose of this paper is to explore the construction of innovative talent training mode that fits the characteristics of the digital
age, and to provide reference for improving the construction level of digital marketing specialty in vocational colleges.
