Abstract


The localized educational leadership of rural school principals refers to the ability set of principals to integrate and utilize local resources such as rural culture, economy, and society in a specific rural regional environment, with the core goal of promoting local
education development, and to construct a governance system and education model suitable for the rural education ecology. This ability has the practical value of reconstructing the subjectivity of rural education, optimizing the allocation of educational resources, and
promoting educational equity and quality balance. To enhance the localized educational leadership of rural education, it is necessary to
construct a two-way understanding cognitive system, strengthen local practice, and improve the institutional system of collaborative guarantee.
