Research on the Practical Dilemma and Countermeasures of the Collaborative Education Mode between the Dual College Collaboration under the Perspective of Academy System

Abstract


As a pivotal reform initiative in higher education, the academy system aims to foster students' holistic development through
the "dual college collaboration" model combining specialized colleges with academy of classical learning. This paper examines practical challenges in implementing this collaborative education framework, including ambiguous role boundaries, inefficient coordination
mechanisms, imbalanced resource allocation, conflicting evaluation systems, and differing educational philosophies. By analyzing current
practices and emerging trends in the "college + academy" collaboration model, the study proposes systematic solutions: establishing clear
institutional frameworks with defined responsibilities, refining operational coordination mechanisms, optimizing resource allocation models, innovating diversified evaluation systems, and deepening integration of educational philosophies. These measures will effectively unlock the full potential of dual college collaboration, enhance talent cultivation quality, and provide actionable pathways for the connotative
development of higher education.
