The Connotation of New Quality Productive Forces in Higher Education: A Perspective Based on the Three Elements of Productive Forces

Abstract


Higher education, as the core arena for strategic talent cultivation, requires transformative reforms to enhance quality and supply
talent for high-quality development. Current research lacks sufficient discourse on how higher education empowers new quality productive
forces. Based on the three-element theory of productive forces, this article analyzes the connotation of new quality productive forces in higher
education through three dimensions: laborers, means of labor, and objects of labor. It constructs a theoretical framework to advance the theoretical system and practice of educational modernization.
