Abstract

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, the socio-economic structure and employment market
landscape have undergone significant changes. This transformation not only brings new employment opportunities for university graduates but also poses severe challenges to employment education in higher education institutions. This paper aims to explore the issues
faced by university employment education in the AI era, analyze the root causes of these problems, and propose corresponding transformation strategies.
