Abstract


As China's gateway to global openness, the Hainan Free Trade Port holds pivotal strategic importance in national development.
Since President Xi Jinping's personal planning and promotion, under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee, this initiative has leveraged China's massive domestic market while aligning with international high-standard trade rules. Having established its framework and momentum, it has attracted growing corporate investments, demonstrating a vibrant new era of openness and progress. With the booming global
education sector and rapid advancements in internet technology, digital innovation has become crucial for advancing international education
in Hainan. This paper analyzes the current status of international education development in Hainan, explores the application of internet technologies in this process and their driving force, and proposes practical strategies to provide theoretical foundations and actionable guidance
for the long-term development of international education in the Hainan Free Trade Port.
