problems of traditional management methods in the current information era, and proposes innovative strategies such as constructing an
intelligent management information platform, utilizing new media interaction platforms, establishing an online crisis intervention mechanism, and promoting the digital transformation of management services. The aim is to enhance the efficiency of student management work,
improve the effectiveness of teacher-student interaction, perfect the crisis prevention system, and achieve a comprehensive improvement
in the quality of management services.
