The Value and Path of Integrating Labor Education into Ideological and Political Courses in Vocational Colleges

Abstract


As the key position to cultivate high-quality technical and technical talents, vocational colleges undertake the mission of cultivating
new people with craftsman spirit and labor feelings. Based on the characteristics of vocational colleges, this paper deeply analyzes the educational value of integrating labor education into ideological and political courses, and explores effective paths such as innovating course teaching mode, deepening collaborative education between production and education, optimizing course content design, and building a diversified
practice platform, with the aim of building an ideological and political course system with the characteristics of vocational colleges, realizing
the educational goal of integrating knowledge with practice, and providing new ideas for cultivating high-quality technical and technical talents in the new era.
