Research on the Training Mechanism of Green Finance Talents in Colleges and Universities under the "Double Carbon" Strategy

Abstract


Under the "double carbon" strategy, financial institutions have vigorously developed green financial business, which has promoted
the rapid growth of the demand for green financial talents. At present, the supply of green finance professionals in China is extremely severe,
showing a serious shortage, and the talent training system in colleges and universities urgently needs innovation and reform. In view of this,
this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of green financial talents training in colleges and universities, and constructs the
training mechanism from five dimensions: the optimization of interdisciplinary course, the innovation of cooperation between production and
education, the strengthening of practical teaching, the construction of diverse teaching staff and the integration of lifelong education, hoping
to give theoretical guidance and practical reference for green financial talents training in colleges and universities.
