Construction-Oriented Talent Training Model for Engineering Cost and Its Practical Research -- Taking Hainan Vocational University of Science and Technology as an Example
Abstract
industry's transition towards "greening, industrialization, and digitalization, " a "structural imbalance" has emerged in the supply and
demand of engineering cost talent within the region: an oversupply of traditional cost engineers coexists with a shortage of high-level
technical and skilled talents equipped with whole-process management capabilities, adaptability to Free Trade Port policies, and digital
technology application skills. Focusing on employment orientation as the core logic and integrating the university's actual major development with the job requirements of Hainan's construction enterprises, this paper constructs a targeted class talent training model from
the perspective of a three-dimensional linkage of "demand side - supply side - evaluation side." This model features "deep collaboration
between schools and enterprises as dual main bodies, systematic integration of posts, courses, competitions, and certificates, and the
pervasive empowerment of digital capabilities." By deconstructing job competency standards, restructuring the curriculum system, innovating the educational mechanism, and improving the support system, a replicable practical path for targeted cultivation of vocational
undergraduate engineering cost talent is formed, providing empirical reference for resolving the talent supply and demand contradiction
in Free Trade Port construction.
