A Study on Mental Health Education Strategies for Employment Anxiety Among Undergraduates in Applied Universities

Abstract


This study examines employment anxiety among students at applied undergraduate institutions. By analyzing the manifestations
and root causes of this phenomenon through three dimensionseducational environment, institutional characteristics, and individual student
factorsthe paper proposes targeted mental health education strategies. These measures include establishing comprehensive mental health
education systems, innovating teaching methodologies, and implementing multi-stakeholder collaborative interventions. The ultimate goal is
to help students alleviate employment anxiety while enhancing their psychological resilience and job market competitiveness.
