Fun Cooperative Training Method for Two People in Campus Tennis

Xiaocun Li

Abstract

In response to the problems of "boredom, weak teamwork and difficulty in persistence" in college students' tennis training, this paper designs three two-person cooperative training methods, namely "partner fixed-point passing and receiving Training", "offensive and defensive rotation mini-game" and "multi-ball relay challenge", based on the campus court conditions and students' interaction needs. Each method
includes rule setting, operation steps and interesting point design. It can not only enhance basic abilities such as hitting stability and reaction
speed, but also increase the fun of training and the coordination between partners. It is suitable for after-school tennis training scenarios in
schools.
