Research on Psychological Intervention for Adjustment Issues among College Freshmen

Abstract


University counselors, as pivotal forces in guiding students' ideological education, must proactively assume responsibility and
employ scientific methods to explore effective pathways for psychological crisis intervention. Addressing common adjustment issues among
freshmensuch as psychological confusion stemming from environmental changesthis study draws on psychological theories and methods
to propose a framework centered on "cognitive restructuring, emotional support, behavioral training, and collaborative education." The aim is
to cultivate psychological resilience in freshmen, facilitating their successful transition into new roles.
