Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education and Teaching Oriented by Students' Career Development-Based on the Perspective of Cultivating Innovation and Entrepreneurship Teachers
Abstract
entrepreneurship-oriented teachers in higher education. Through literature review, case analysis, and empirical research, it identifies current
challenges in innovation and entrepreneurship education, including theoretical-practical disconnection and imbalanced teacher competency
structures. Grounded in constructivist learning theory and the TPACK framework, the research proposes a three-dimensional cultivation system for innovation and entrepreneurship teachersconceptual renewal, competency restructuring, and institutional safeguardsthrough pathways such as reshaping educational philosophies, enhancing practical skills, and refining incentive mechanisms. The findings demonstrate that
improving teachers 'innovation and entrepreneurship teaching capabilities can effectively enhance students' career competitiveness, achieving
deep integration between innovation and entrepreneurship education and career development.
