Research on the Innovation of Nursing Talents Training Mode Based on the Strategy of "Healthy Hainan"

Abstract

With the deepening of the national "Healthy China" strategy, Hainan Province, as the forefront of China's reform and a medical and
health service center, actively implements the "Healthy Hainan" strategy to improve the health level and medical service capacity of the entire
province. Nursing talents are an important part of the medical and health system, and the quality of their training directly affects the implementation effect of the "Healthy Hainan" strategy. Based on the background of the "Healthy Hainan" strategy, this paper discusses the current
status, challenges, and innovative approaches of nursing talent training models. By analyzing key factors in nursing talent training, innovative
measures are proposed, including curriculum design, internship practices, faculty team building, and interdisciplinary collaboration, aiming to
provide theoretical support and practical guidance for nursing talent training in Hainan Province.
