Research on the Control of Music Rhythm in University Aerobics Classes

Abstract

This paper designs three teaching methods, namely "basic perception type", "Skill integration type" and "creation and application
type", in response to the core demands of music rhythm control teaching in university aerobics classes. Each approach is carried out from four
dimensions: teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching process and teaching evaluation, aiming to help college students gradually master
the ability to recognize music rhythms, integrate rhythms and movements, and apply rhythms independently, solve the current problems in the
classroom such as weak rhythm control and disconnection between movements and music, and provide practical references for improving the
quality of aerobics teaching in colleges and universities.
