Practical Pathways for Multi-stakeholder Collaborative Innovation Development in Community Education within the Context of an Education Power Strategy: A Perspective from Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Empowerment
Abstract
an educational system that serves for lifelong learning for all and promote the modernization of grassroots governance. Community education,
as an important bond bridging schools and society, and integrating academic and non-academic education, requires multi-stakeholder collabo
ration and mechanism innovation for its high-quality development. This study anchors in the requirements of the Education Power Construc
tion Blueprint, adopting the professional lens of innovation and entrepreneurship educators to demonstrate the intrinsic interoperability among
innovative education, venture practice, and community education. This study diagnoses critical pain points in current community education
systems, including institutional silos, resource fragmentation, and supply-demand misalignment. It proposes a tripartite "University + Com
munity + Industry" collaborative education framework by leveraging the faculty expertise in higher education institutions. Through four path
ways: mutually-embedded curriculum and innovation, digital ecosystem empowerment, deep industry-education integration, and evaluation
system reconstruction, it aims to catalyze innovation vitality and educational efficacy in community education, delivering actionable imple
mentation models for high-quality development under China's Education Power Strategy.
