Exploration and Practice of Talent Cultivation Path for Modern Service Majors from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration: A Case Study of the College of Modern Service and Management at Sichuan Preschool Educators College

Abstract


Under the policy of industry-education integration in vocational education, modern service programs must better align with industry
demands to address talent competency gaps. Drawing on its program offerings and integration practices, the College of Modern Services and
Management at Sichuan Preschool Educators College has explored school-enterprise cooperation platforms, improved internship systems,
innovated collaborative education models, developed dual-qualified faculty, and expanded social services, achieving initial results. Through
case studies, this paper analyzes issues such as shallow cooperation and curriculum misalignment, and proposes targeted strategies based on
industry trends and vocational education positioning, offering practical references for similar institutions.
