Discussion on the Reform Path of Digital Human Resource Management Course in Vocational Colleges
Abstract
and the demand for high-level technical talents with both management literacy and digital skills is increasingly urgent. As the main position
for cultivating high-level technical and skilled talents, the digital human resource management course in vocational colleges still has some
pain points, such as lagging content, practice disconnection, shallow integration of production and education, and single evaluation, which are
difficult to adapt to the needs of industrial posts. Based on the talent training orientation of "skill orientation and industry education collabora
tion" of vocational colleges, combined with teaching practice, this paper analyzes the necessity and core pain points of curriculum reform, and
explores the targeted reform path from the four dimensions of curriculum system reconstruction, teaching mode innovation, industry educa
tion integration deepening, and evaluation system optimization, so as to provide practical reference for digital human resource management
curriculum reform in Vocational Colleges and help cultivate compound human resource management talents suitable for the development of
digital economy.
