Building a Long-Term Mechanism for University-Enterprise Collaboration in Finance and Economics Programs Based on Industry-Education Integration
Abstract
advancement. Current University-Enterprise Collaboration in Finance and Economics programs often suffers from superficial engagement,
fragmented coordination, and unsustainable models, making it challenging to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for educational institutions, enterprises, and students. Based on the characteristics of Finance and Economics programs, this paper analyzes the main connotations
of Industry-Education Integration, discusses current challenges and their causes in University-Enterprise Collaboration, and on this basis,
proposes to establish a reasonable and effective University-Enterprise Collaboration mechanism from four aspects: collaborative education,
resource sharing, benefit distribution, and safeguard supervision, aiming to strategically advance Industry-Education Integration in Finance
and Economics programs, enhancing institutional capacity to cultivate professionals with cross-sector competency.
