Construction and Practice of the "Three, Three, Three, Three" Talent Training Model for Vocational Undergraduate Early Childhood Education Majors
Abstract
education face challenges such as unclear positioning and superficial integration of industry and education. Grounded in the distinctive characteristics of vocational undergraduate education, this paper proposes a "Three Highs and Three Applications" talent cultivation model: The
"Three Highs" refer to high-level professional ethics, comprehensive interdisciplinary competence, and advanced innovative practical wisdom; the "Three Applications" entail applying classroom knowledge to solve childcare challenges, leveraging practical training experiences
to drive curriculum reform, and utilizing job-specific skills to serve regional development. Through an integrated approach encompassing curriculum restructuring, teaching innovation, platform development, and evaluation reform, along with corresponding support mechanisms, this
model provides theoretical foundations and practical frameworks for cultivating high-caliber early childhood educators.
