Abstract


The food inspection department conscientiously fulfills its responsibilities and strictly controls the quality of food in order to better protect the food safety of the public. For the details of the food inspection to strengthen the management, improve food safety in China. This paper mainly focuses on the quality control of food inspection and testing and details of the problem is analyzed, for the current problems in Chinas food inspection to develop a perfect solution to the problem. The purpose is to improve food safety and maintain peoples health.
