Abstract

Due to the acceleration of the pace of social life, pressure events are increasing, and people are gradually revealing a series of psychological problems, even experiencing psychological crisis events. In order to better maintain the harmonious development of individuals
body and mind, improve the counseling skills and crisis intervention ability of mental health workers, this paper mainly expounds on general
strategies and techniques for psychological crisis intervention from the perspective of emergencies. This includes individual psychological crisis intervention and group psychological crisis intervention, as well as proposing future prospects for psychological crisis intervention in order
to better protect clients mental health.
