Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Soft Channel Puncture and Drainage in the Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage
Abstract
taken as the study subjects, and were treated with craniotomy hematoma removal and minimally invasive soft-channel puncture and drainage
respectively, comparing the therapeutic effect and recovery of the patients in the two groups. Result: The total effective rate of the experimental group (91.00%) was higher than that of the control group (74.00%), and the difference was statistically significant; the good prognosis
rate of the experimental group (93.00%) was higher than that of the control group (73.00%), and the difference was statistically significant;
the complication rate of the experimental group (4.00%) was lower than that of the control group (12.00%), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Minimally invasive soft-channel puncture drainage is more effective than craniotomy for hypertensive cerebral
hemorrhage, and the operation is simple and less damaging to the patients, with a good prognosis, which is conducive to the recovery of the
patients and reduces the complication rate.
