Application and Research of Bundled Nursing Scheme in Fine Management of Artificial Airway for Critically Ill Patients in Neurosurgery
Abstract
patients in neurosurgery. Method: This study referred to different nursing methods and conducted a grouped study on 54 critically ill neurosurgical patients diagnosed and treated between March 2023 and July 2024, with n=27. The reference group received routine nursing care,
while the experimental group received bundled nursing care. The two groups were compared in terms of mechanical ventilation, catheterization, ICU stay time, and incidence of adverse events. Result: The experimental group had shorter mechanical ventilation, tube retention, and
ICU hospitalization time compared to the control group, with P<0.05; The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower
than that in the reference group, P<0.05. Conclusion: The application of bundled nursing care in the fine management of artificial airway in
critically ill neurosurgical patients can effectively shorten mechanical ventilation and tube retention time, reduce adverse events, and promote
prognosis and recovery.
