Abstract

IPF lacks effective treatment. Rhein in rhubarb has anti - infl ammatory and anti - fi brotic potential. This mouse - model study assesses its impact on the p38 MAPK/NF - ?B pathway, aiming to explore protective effects and optimal dosage for IPF treatment.
