Applying the Wooden Barrel Theory to Improve the Work Efficiency of Automatic Pill Packaging Machines
Abstract
quality management of drugs under the existing model. Methods: The Wooden Barrel Theorywas applied to analyze the most common short
board phenomena in the use and maintenance of the automatic pill packaging machine, to compensate for its shortcomings, and to make targeted optimization improvements. Results and Conclusion: After optimizing and improving the short board phenomena of the automatic
pill packaging machine, the error rate of the machine has significantly decreased. This has effectively increased the work efficiency of our
hospitals automatic pill packaging machine, improved medication adherence, enhanced the quality management of drugs, and ensured the
safety of patient medication use.
