Effect Analysis of Pelvic Floor Magnetic Therapy Combined with Electrical Stimulation Biofeedback in Patients with Chronic Prostatitis and Erectile Dysfunction
Abstract
Objective: to observe the effect of pelvic floor magnetic therapy combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback in treating patients with chronic prostatitis with erectile dysfunction (ED). Methods: 120 patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis with erectile dysfunction (ED) in outpatient and inpatient clinics of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College were selected from June 2022
to June 2023, and were randomly divided into the conventional group and the research group, each with 60 cases; the conventional group was
treated in the conventional way, and the research group was treated with pelvic floor magnetotherapy combined with electrostimulation biofeedback, and the treatment effect was analyzed. Results: After treatment, the NIH-CPSI score of the study group was lower and the IIEF-5
score was higher, P?0.05. Conclusion: Biofeedback electric stimulation combined with pelvic floor magnetic therapy is effective in treating
patients with chronic prostatitis combined with ED and can enhance erectile function, which is worthy of promotion.
