Promoting Mental Health Equity: The Role of Diversity and Inclusion in Psychological Research and Practice
Abstract
combination of diversity and inclusion is often valued by psychologists. There have already been a great number of studies on diversity
and antidiscrimination legislation in the past few years, however, diversity, discrimination and exclusion still draw lots of attractions from
media nowadays. Research on the concept of diversity is unanimous, but inclusion has been initiated in recent years and the widely-accepted definition of the inclusion is still in debate. Besides, models are built to test three types of antecedents and implications at the group
level and the individual level.
