Research on the Application of Comfort Nursing Intervention in the Nursing of Bullous Skin Diseases in Kazakhstan

Abstract


Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of comfort nursing intervention for bullous skin disease patients. Methods: The control
group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated with comfort nursing intervention. Results: The
disappearance time of blisters, skin erosion and pain in observation group was shorter than that in control group (P < 0.05). There was little
difference in DLQI score between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05), and the DLQI score of the observation group after nursing was
lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The use of comfort nursing intervention for bullous dermatosis patients can promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
