Abstract
hospital in Nanning, China, from 2019 to 2023, and propose evidence-based countermeasures to address identified challenges. Methods: Data
on CME programs, including application, approval, and implementation rates, were systematically collected. Participant demographics and
satisfaction levels in 2023 were evaluated using structured surveys. Results: Key issues included uneven specialty distribution (e.g., overrepresentation of nursing and internal medicine), imbalanced participation (external attendees exceeding internal staff), low approval rates for
national-level programs (55.56%100%), and implementation gaps in provincial programs (74.19%96.77%). Conclusion: Strategic interventions such as interdisciplinary program design, digital platform integration, expert-driven quality control, and incentive mechanisms are
recommended to enhance CME effectiveness. Future research should focus on longitudinal evaluations of these strategies.
